Motive began with a familiar gap: wanting to do focused work, but carrying the noise of the rest of the day into it.
THE HYPOTHESIS
Start with a smaller question.
We started exploring a portable daily ritual for people building companies, assignments, creative projects and careers. The product is not finished. That is the point of Batch 001: listen early, test honestly and build the smallest version that proves it deserves to exist.
Motive is being built in New Zealand for work that can happen anywhere.
WHO IT IS FOR
People with something on the go.
Students, founders, creators and early-career operators whose days fragment easily, and who deliberately carve out blocks to do the work that counts.
